YOUR IP ADDRESS

CHILDREN UNDER 13

AGA Medialab content is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and if you provide information about yourself as a user of AGA Medialab, you are representing that you are 13 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 13 years of age, but if we do become aware of having collected personally identifiable information from a user who is younger than 13 years of age without prior, verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, we will remove such information from our files.

Changing or deleting your information or otherwise opting-out of receipt of communications from AGA Media or third parties will change or delete the data only in our database for purposes of transacting future business on the Sites and for managing future communications from AGA Medialab and third parties. These changes and deletions will not change or delete information already collected as part of a particular transaction in our transactions database which may have already been shared with third parties, all as provided above in this Privacy Policy. You will need to contact third parties who may contact you directly to change your preferences or your personal information that they may be using to contact you.
